About the Role
You will build and run outbound prospecting across calls, email, social channels, and in-person events. You will qualify prospects, book appointments and demos, maintain records, communicate customer needs to Account Executives, and improve outreach strategies using market and campaign feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated persuasion and outreach skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6+ months of experience operating with limited context and owning ambiguous problems
- Experience incorporating structured feedback to improve performance
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Must maintain ongoing U.S. work authorization throughout employment
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of products and manufacturing applications
- Engage prospects consultatively to identify fit
- Run multi-channel outbound outreach through calls, email, and social channels
- Use AI-enabled outreach tools and tactics
- Conduct in-person selling at tradeshows, conferences, and events
- Book appointments and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate prospect records
- Communicate customer needs and goals to Account Executives
- Provide feedback on lead quality, market conditions, and campaigns
- Adapt outreach approaches and processes as strategy evolves
