About the Role
You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop Account Associates supporting the APJ business. You will manage pipeline goals and conversion targets, execute signal-based outbound programs, refine sales-development playbooks, coach prospecting and qualification, run performance cadences, improve productivity with data, and ensure high-quality handoffs to sales teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Frontline Sales Development or SDR leadership experience
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing SDRs or Account Associates
- Outbound pipeline-generation expertise

Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Account Associates
- Lead execution against pipeline-generation goals, activity metrics, and conversion targets
- Partner to execute signal-based outbound programs
- Refine regional sales-development playbooks using automation and personalized engagement
- Coach prospecting, discovery, qualification, messaging, and customer engagement
- Run pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, performance coaching, and team meetings
- Monitor performance and improve productivity, conversion rates, and execution with data
