About the Role
You will research target markets to identify potential leads, conduct cold calls emails and social outreach, and create personalized campaigns. You will collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership, share prospect insights, monitor outbound KPIs, and refine processes and strategies to improve conversion and lead quality.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Track record of securing new business meetings
- Ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories
- Experience with prospecting tools
- Ability to build and scale processes
- Ability to nurture a team
- Curiosity and solution development skills
- Self-motivation and proactive independent work habits
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Research target markets and identify potential leads
