About the Role
You will build and manage a pipeline of prospective businesses, prioritize outreach, and accelerate sales cycles. You will use cold calling, email, and social selling to identify business challenges, communicate Square’s value, document qualified opportunities, and pass them to Account Executives. You will use a data-driven outbound-sales approach and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Requirements
- Desire to grow a career in sales
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold calling
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual French and English
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a diverse pipeline of businesses to accelerate sales cycles
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and social selling at scale
- Identify business challenges and communicate targeted value through a solutions-based sales approach
- Document and track qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Use data-driven prospecting and outbound-sales methods
- Attain and exceed monthly quotas
- Live within 50 miles of the posted office location
