About the Role
Support pipeline generation, prospecting, outreach, qualification, discovery and demo calls, CRM management, account research, cross-functional deal coordination, proposal development, product feedback, product knowledge building, and representation at industry events.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services
- Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, within a structured sales process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Coachable, proactive, thoughtful, and capable of exercising good judgment
- High ownership, self-direction, and ability to maintain momentum independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
Responsibilities
- Support targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, and digital asset service providers
- Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunities, contacts, and activities in Salesforce
- Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects
- Coordinate with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals
- Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials
- Capture and quantify product feedback and feature requests
- Build strong knowledge of Talos products, positioning, and technical architecture
- Represent Talos at industry conferences and client events
