About the Role
Join Fipto's sales team and help generate qualified leads, book appointments, understand prospect needs, support dealing desk operations, and contribute to reporting, events, newsletters, and continuous improvement in an international blockchain payments environment.
Requirements
- Final-year higher education student in Sales or equivalent
- Seeking a six-month end-of-studies internship starting October 2026
- Previous similar internship experience preferred
- Experience with CRM and customer management tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain
- B2B or crypto experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of FX and payment markets is a plus
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, organized, curious, and collaborative
- Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and French
Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers
- Schedule customer meetings
- Review onboarding flows
- Assist the dealing desk with market orders
- Participate in newsletters
- Help organize conferences, stands, and webinars
- Analyze KPIs for weekly reporting
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM reporting tools
- Monitor competitors, partners, and markets
- Contribute to improving offers and operations

Hiring Process
Initial 45-minute HR screening call by phone, followed by a one-hour interview with the future manager by video or in the office, and a final 30-minute interview with a co-founder by video or in the office.
