About the Role

You will play a key role in the sales team by helping to generate qualified leads and book appointments. You'll be at the heart of growth, identifying and interacting with potential prospects, understanding their needs, and informing them about the benefits of the solutions offered. You'll work closely with the sales team to help expand the customer base and achieve growth targets. This internship will give you new knowledge of the finance and blockchain world, a significant increase in your sales skills, and experience in an international environment where English is the main working language.

Requirements

  • Currently in final year of a higher education course in Sales (Business school or equivalent), looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in October 2026
  • Ideally have previous experience of a similar internship
  • Have used CRM tools (Hubspot/Salesforce or other) and have a good command of customer management tools
  • Have knowledge of crypto and blockchain
  • Previous experience in crypto and blockchain and/or B2B is a bonus
  • Knowledge of the FX and payment markets is a plus
  • Goal-driven
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team-player
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone to convince new prospects
  • Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize actions
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Interested in the world of finance and crypto
  • Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers (CFO, Treasurer, Finance, Supply chain, etc.)
  • Schedule customer meetings
  • Review onboarding flows
  • Assist dealing desk with market orders
  • Participate in newsletters on various subjects
  • Participate in the organization of events (conferences, stands and webinars)
  • Analyze and research relevant KPIs for weekly reporting
  • Manage and update reporting tools (sales pipe, CRM, etc.)
  • Keep abreast of the competition, partners and the market
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of offers and operations
