Sales Account Director, EMEA Private Sector

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end sales process across EMEA, engaging with new and existing customers to qualify opportunities and close six- and seven-figure deals. You will connect with key stakeholders, implement blockchain intelligence into customer workflows, and run demos, trials, and advisory sessions. You will create and execute strategic territory plans, manage a high volume of accounts, and drive renewals, upsells, and expansions. You will gather and prioritize customer feedback and cultivate advocates who refer new business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years selling SaaS products or 2+ years with expert domain and consulting experience
  • Experience with virtual currencies and their use in financial networks
  • Strong knowledge of crypto-native organizations, procurement, and EMEA workflows
  • Familiarity with European AML regulatory framework (e.g., 5AMLD, MiCA, FATF)
  • Proven presentation and listening skills with senior executives
  • Ability to operate a large volume of rapidly developing accounts
  • Strong storytelling and value proposition development skills
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and excellent cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

  • Connect with current and new stakeholders across the EMEA territory
  • Spearhead implementation of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows
  • Own and execute the full sales process to close enterprise deals
  • Nurture client relationships and manage renewals, upsells, and expansions
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue and churn metrics
  • Develop product and vertical subject matter expertise to support sales
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and champion it internally
  • Build a roster of customer advocates and referral sources
