Director of Enterprise Sales

About the Role

You will own and drive enterprise sales for cross-border payments and banking infrastructure across the US and international markets. You will set sales strategy, build and manage your own pipeline, lead deals end-to-end from outreach through implementation, design technical solutions with prospects, negotiate complex commercial terms, and stay accountable for successful onboarding and go-live. You will also represent the company externally and contribute to go-to-market positioning and enterprise product discussions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales in payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals and generating revenue impact
  • Established US network with meaningful international relationships in fintech and payments
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership
  • Working knowledge of global payment rails including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP
  • Experience with API-driven integrations and integration models
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks including AML and KYC and safeguarding practices
  • Knowledge of treasury and settlement operations across multiple markets
  • Executive presence and technical credibility in both product and boardroom conversations

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through solution design, negotiation, close, and post-sale implementation
  • Build and drive your own pipeline using established networks and proactive outreach
  • Contribute to and shape go-to-market strategy and enterprise positioning
  • Lead technical solutioning conversations across payment rails, integration models, compliance, and treasury operations
  • Develop and present tailored client proposals that are commercially and technically sound
  • Structure and close complex commercial negotiations at senior levels
  • Drive pre-sales through onboarding and go-live, maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and in client meetings
