About the Role

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across the United States and Canada. You will build talent pipelines, source candidates through multiple channels, partner with hiring managers on requirements and hiring strategies, provide market insights, improve recruiting processes, and guide candidates through a respectful and well-informed journey from first contact to offer close.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth technology startup environment
  • Experience recruiting sales, post-sales, marketing, and partnership roles in a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on recruiting experience across North America
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting and ATS platforms, preferably Ashby, as well as Notion and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of People Operations, including onboarding support, process improvement, compliance, job architecture, and compensation philosophies
  • Comfort working with ambiguity
  • Passion for people, talent, and creating a great company culture

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across the United States and Canada
  • Own the candidate journey from initial contact through offer close
  • Source candidates through job boards, applications, outbound outreach, social media, and professional networks
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, funnel recommendations, and calibration support
  • Improve recruiting processes as the organization scales
