About the Role
You will build and manage private-equity sponsor relationships, negotiate portfolio-wide commercial frameworks, and drive adoption across portfolio companies. You will oversee evaluations, pilots, and deployments; own pipeline and revenue targets; maintain forecasts and CRM data; track deployment impact; create enablement materials; and coordinate sales, product, legal, security, and customer-success partners.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS or fintech partnerships, business development, sales, PE-backed operating roles, or management consulting serving PE clients
- Experience with private-equity sponsor technology partnerships or portfolio structures is preferred
- Experience driving pipeline and revenue with sales
- Program and project management skills
- Knowledge of fund structures, GP/carry economics, value-creation playbooks, and sponsor–portfolio-company dynamics
- Commercial pricing, discounting, and term-sheet experience
- Knowledge of AI and agentic AI concepts
- Experience translating AI capabilities into EBITDA, efficiency, growth, and multiple-expansion narratives
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with C-suite-level decks
Responsibilities
- Structure, negotiate, and execute private equity partnership agreements
- Manage relationships with private equity sponsors and portfolio-company stakeholders
- Run portfolio, pipeline, and executive review cadences
- Drive portfolio-company activation and AI use-case identification
- Oversee evaluations, pilots, and rollout cycles
- Track deployment, adoption, revenue, cost, and EBITDA metrics
- Own pipeline development, revenue targets, and opportunity forecasts
- Maintain partner and opportunity data in CRM
- Build enablement assets, case studies, and proof points
- Run sponsor and portfolio-company engagement programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and implementation partners
