About the Role

You will own the partnership and sales cycle for creator-facing products. You will prospect, outreach, and social-sell to YouTube and other creators, run video meetings to articulate value, negotiate and close sponsorship deals, manage a book of business, record interactions in CRM, conduct market research, attend annual creator events, and collaborate with marketing to improve pitches and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Be based in the U.S. and have current U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Partnerships roles
  • Proven track record negotiating and securing sponsorship deals
  • Experience working with MCNs and managing YouTube channels
  • Strong network of relationships with YouTube creators and influencer agencies
  • Understanding of social selling, content creation, video, social media, and influencers
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve targets
  • Working knowledge of Google applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack
  • Experience presenting via online and virtual meeting tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with a results-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Own the partnership and sales cycle
  • Conduct market research to identify targets and evaluate creator needs
  • Master and apply the GigaStar methodology and framework
  • Identify, prospect, and connect with YouTube creators within targeted categories
  • Perform outreach via email, text, cold calling, networking, and social media with diligent follow-up
  • Schedule and run video meetings with potential creators to understand goals and present value
  • Simplify complex ideas and clearly articulate the value proposition
  • Manage a book of business through existing relationships and inbound leads
  • Customize sales conversations to each prospect’s needs
  • Attend yearly in-person creator-focused conferences and events
  • Negotiate and close deals and help deliver a white glove service experience
  • Record customer information and interactions in the company CRM
