About the Role

You will own and nurture relationships across the existing partner ecosystem, acting as a strategic advisor to keep partners active, compliant, and positioned to scale. You will manage and coach a team, grow referrals and renewals, lead account reviews, manage a complex partner portfolio and pipeline, and improve lifecycle processes with Product and Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS, fintech, or high-growth business environment.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team.
  • Ability to manage a large account portfolio and lead high-level quarterly business reviews.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems and Partnership Management Platforms.
  • Ability to plan and execute creative growth initiatives.
  • Understanding of brand and regulatory integrity across a third-party network.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, root causes, trade-offs, and practical solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture existing partner relationships to drive mutual growth and optimise performance.
  • Manage and coach a team to success.
  • Lead and execute strategies to scale new customers from the existing partner ecosystem.
  • Manage a large portfolio of accounts and lead high-level quarterly business reviews.
  • Increase referrals from the existing partner base.
  • Reactivate partners and improve partnership performance and deal cycle time.
  • Execute deal renewals and growth initiatives from the owned pipeline.
  • Provide onboarding support and execution assistance for strategic deals.
  • Manage complex pipelines and provide actionable partnership-performance insights using CRM tools.
  • Identify partner-lifecycle friction points and propose scalable solutions to Product and Operations teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and optimise execution.
