About the Role
You will lead strategic and commercial partnerships that expand payments, FX, and on-ramp or off-ramp capabilities. You will source and onboard partners, manage partnership performance, negotiate agreements, coordinate with compliance and operations teams, and optimize relationships across priority markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience with Thai banks, financial institutions, PSPs, or cross-border partners
- Understanding of cross-border payments, FX mechanisms, settlement processes, and liquidity structures
- Familiarity with Thai regulatory frameworks is advantageous
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Operations teams
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with the product roadmap
- Identify, structure, and onboard new partners
- Grow and manage existing partnerships
- Collaborate with Sales teams to unlock new payment use cases
- Work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to meet regulatory requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the partnership lifecycle
- Track partnership KPIs for transaction volume, corridors, cost efficiency, and time to launch
- Coordinate deal structuring, onboarding, and partner problem-solving
