About the Role
You will manage channel partners across the Americas by activating, enabling, and growing regional relationships. You will develop joint plans, drive partner-sourced pipeline, align partners with sales opportunities, support field enablement, run business reviews, track partner performance, and coordinate regional execution with sales, marketing, RevOps, and partnerships teams.
Requirements
- Experience managing channel, reseller, MSP, VAR, and SI relationships at a B2B technology or services company
- Ability to enable partners through training on value propositions, sales plays, qualification, and opportunity management
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partners
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, RevOps, and internal stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment and execution skills
- Experience working in the United States or a multi-country region
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and its connection to financial services
- Background in crypto, financial services, fintech, or compliance software
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with regional SI, consulting, reseller, distributor, and MSP partners
- Drive partner enablement
- Develop and execute joint plans with priority AMER partners
- Align partners with regional accounts, opportunities, and go-to-market motions
- Prioritize high-potential partners and help recruit new partners
- Support field enablement for AMER sellers
- Run business reviews, pipeline check-ins, account mapping, and escalations
- Track partner activity, pipeline, training progress, and performance
- Coordinate regional execution with the broader Partnerships team
