About the Role
You will design and execute the GSI partner ecosystem across Northern Europe. You will develop strategic partner roadmaps, accelerate co-selling and joint go-to-market activity, measure partnership performance, and build delivery enablement. You will coordinate executive reviews and provide regional enterprise feedback to product and engineering leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of proven GSI or account-executive experience
- AI and machine-learning concepts
- API integration
- Model deployment architecture
- Executive stakeholder management
- Northern Europe technology ecosystem knowledge
- Enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure experience
- English
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model across Northern Europe
- Define multi-year strategic roadmaps with systems integrators
- Drive co-selling, technical alignment, joint pipeline expansion, and co-marketing programs
- Generate partner-led revenue and accelerate joint enterprise deals
- Build analytical models to measure partnership health, ROI, and ecosystem value
- Scale systems-integrator delivery capabilities through enablement programs
- Embed co-sell engagement rules, attribution frameworks, and deal-registration workflows
- Lead monthly business reviews and executive synchronization cadences
- Provide regional enterprise feedback to product and engineering leadership
