About the Role
You will build and own the partnerships strategy for Japan. You will identify, structure, and close strategic agreements; develop joint go-to-market motions; lead senior partner relationships; translate market feedback into product insights; and drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and ecosystem expansion.
Requirements
- Track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in Japan
- Experience with large enterprises, system integrators, or cloud ecosystems in Japan
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and decision-making structures
- Technical fluency with AI and software engineering solutions
- Ability to structure and close complex multi-party commercial agreements
- Stakeholder management across local and global teams
- Fluency in Japanese and English
