About the Role
You will build and scale strategic partnerships across Japan, source and close commercial agreements, and develop joint go-to-market motions. You will manage senior partner relationships, translate market feedback into product insights, unlock new opportunities, and drive partner-sourced revenue and ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships in Japan
- Experience working with large enterprises, system integrators, or cloud ecosystems in Japan
- Ability to navigate Japanese business culture and decision-making structures
- Technical fluency with complex AI and software engineering solutions
- Ability to structure and close complex multi-party commercial agreements
- Stakeholder management skills across local and global teams
- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Build and own the partnerships strategy in Japan
- Source, structure, and close strategic partnership agreements
- Develop joint go-to-market motions with partners
- Act as the senior relationship owner across key partners
- Navigate enterprise and government-aligned institutions
- Translate partner and market feedback into product insight
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities
- Shape APAC strategy with international leadership
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and ecosystem expansion
