About the Role
You will build a strategy consulting partner ecosystem from the ground up. You will source, recruit, enable, and activate consulting firms; define the partner program; support and close joint deals; develop joint offerings; and build repeatable partner-led growth motions that generate revenue.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or consulting
- Track record working with strategy consulting firms including McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Kearney
- Knowledge of strategy consulting firm economics, incentives, and practice structures
- Technical expertise to advise partners on AI strategy
Responsibilities
- Build the strategy consulting partner ecosystem from the ground up
- Source, recruit, enable, and activate strategy consulting firms
- Define the partnership strategy and partner program
- Support deals and close new business with consulting partners
- Build relationships with senior partners and technology and AI practices
- Develop joint offerings that embed Devin into client transformation work
- Work with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to build a partner engine
- Create repeatable joint plays that deliver partner-initiated pipeline and revenue growth
