About the Role
You will own strategic health-system accounts from expansion through long-term value realization. You will lead executive relationships, map stakeholders, develop ROI models, shape decision criteria, negotiate multi-year agreements, coordinate internal resources, and maintain account strategies, forecasts, and executive communications.
Requirements
- 8+ years selling and managing complex enterprise software relationships in large health systems or academic medical centers
- Experience growing large multi-year enterprise accounts
- Experience leading seven-figure-plus enterprise deals
- Experience selling to clinical, operational, and financial executives
- Knowledge of health-system governance and decision-making
- Ability to construct and communicate CFO-level ROI models
- Enterprise account stewardship and expansion experience
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic account lifecycle for assigned national accounts
- Lead executive relationships with health-system partners
- Lead selected new-account pursuits
- Map stakeholders and sustain executive engagement
- Shape enterprise decision criteria and evaluation frameworks
- Conduct discovery and translate insights into expansion narratives
- Build CFO-grade ROI models
- Design and execute enterprise expansion strategies
- Negotiate multi-year enterprise agreements
- Coordinate internal resources to accelerate expansion
- Maintain account strategies, expansion roadmaps, forecasting, and executive communication
