About the Role

You will hire, develop, and lead cybersecurity sales specialists. You will own forecast and pipeline performance, define coverage and engagement models, coach complex enterprise security deals, scale sales enablement, and deliver customer insights to sales, product, safeguards, and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team
Experience closing complex enterprise security deals
Experience selling to CISOs, application security leads, and security engineers
Expertise in a cybersecurity domain
Experience building a business through outbound and partners
Consultative sales and coaching skills

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and develop cybersecurity sales specialists
Own forecast, pipeline health, and results
Set the sales coverage model and rules of engagement
Build pipeline with account executives, outbound efforts, events, and partners
Coach teams through complex enterprise security deals
Act as executive sponsor with CISOs
Make security reviews and procurement repeatable
Scale security-opportunity enablement for account executives
Provide customer insights to sales, product, safeguards, and marketing
Manage performance and development conversations
