About the Role
You will lead and develop Legal Engineers, support strategic customer engagements, and partner with sales on deal strategy. You will guide discovery and demonstrations, advise customers on litigation and regulatory workflows, build senior stakeholder relationships, and translate customer feedback into improved solutions and go-to-market practices.
Requirements
- Be a qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE and significant litigation, investigations, arbitration, disputes, regulatory, or compliance experience
- Have prior team-management experience
- Know legal technology and AI tools
- Understand litigation and disputes workflows
- Demonstrate commercial judgment with senior stakeholders
- Have communication, presentation, training, workshop, demo, or customer-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers
- Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives on strategic accounts and deal strategy
- Support complex customer discovery, product demonstrations, and workflow advisory
- Build relationships with senior legal and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement
- Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions
- Improve Legal Engineering processes, enablement materials, and demo strategies
- Contribute to customer workshops, speaking engagements, and industry events
