About the Role

You will support the Vice President, Branch Leader by building and developing a sales and service organization. You will apply growth initiatives, coordinate branch operations, ensure compliance, resolve customer concerns, and mentor associates toward individual and team success.

Requirements

  • At least five years in a financial sales role
  • Three or more years of financial services management preferred
  • Series 7 license
  • Series 66 or Series 63/65 license
  • Ability to acquire Series 9/10 upon hire
  • Relationship management background
  • Financial services knowledge
  • Compliance and regulatory knowledge
  • Time management
