About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of North American business clients, retain revenue, increase transaction activity, and reactivate dormant accounts. You will use account data to identify risks and growth opportunities, resolve client barriers with internal partners, qualify sales opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing commercial role
  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B clients with retention or growth accountability
  • Ability to use revenue, transaction, and engagement data
  • Confidence engaging senior client stakeholders
  • Organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline
  • Experience working with North American clients
  • Payments, fintech, banking, FX, or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of cross-border payments

Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of North American business clients
  • Understand client payment needs and transaction activity
  • Identify declining usage and revenue risk
  • Develop retention plans for at-risk clients
  • Maintain accurate account records
  • Activate newly onboarded clients
  • Re-engage dormant and underutilized clients
  • Identify opportunities to increase product usage
  • Resolve barriers to client activity with internal teams
  • Track portfolio revenue, activity, engagement, and risk
  • Create plans for high-value and underperforming accounts
  • Qualify and record expansion opportunities in the CRM
  • Coordinate sales handoffs
  • Recommend improvements to the client experience
