About the Role
You will engage existing members to understand their business needs and recommend tailored fintech solutions. You will build trusted relationships, pitch, upsell, and cross-sell products, maintain accurate CRM records, meet KPIs, provide feedback on sales campaigns, and support commercial-growth projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound telesales experience
- Experience meeting or exceeding revenue-based targets
- Consultative sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- English communication skills, preferably at C1 level
- Ability to work UK-aligned hours from international locations
- CRM tool experience
- Knowledge of fintech, SME banking, or financial services
Responsibilities
- Call and engage existing members to uncover opportunities
- Pitch, upsell, and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Stay informed about product launches and help bring them to market
- Achieve individual and team KPIs
- Provide feedback on leads, scripts, and campaigns
- Log interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in CRM tools
- Own ad-hoc projects that support commercial growth
