About the Role

You will build and develop an institutional sales pipeline across the Netherlands, engaging decision-makers at PE and VC funds, holding companies, asset managers, corporates, and service providers. You will establish channel partnerships with accountants, tax advisers, and law firms; manage complex sales cycles through discovery, treasury presentations, onboarding, and closing; and educate clients on treasury and money-market-fund solutions. You will refine the Dutch go-to-market approach and represent the business at relevant industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B or institutional sales experience in the financial ecosystem
  • Deep knowledge of Dutch financial structures, liquidity management, and banking relationships
  • An established network or proven ability to build relationships with CFOs, fund operations leaders, managing directors, and domiciliation agents
  • Knowledge of FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance and KYB processes
  • Professional fluency in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage institutional decision-makers across the Dutch B2B market
  • Build strategic partnerships with accountants, tax advisers, and law firms
  • Manage end-to-end commercial cycles for high-value accounts
  • Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on treasury and money market fund solutions
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, localized messaging, and regulatory positioning for the Dutch market
  • Represent the brand at financial services, fund industry, and fintech events in the Netherlands
