About the Role
You will manage large healthcare accounts and lead complex sales cycles across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders. You will design pilots, support compliant AI deployments, own revenue and pipeline forecasts, monitor industry developments, and build the healthcare go-to-market motion.
Requirements
- 14+ years selling complex enterprise software, cloud, AI, or platform solutions to healthcare organizations
- Success achieving annual revenue targets above $2 million in complex enterprise environments
- Experience managing C-suite healthcare relationships
- Understanding of healthcare provider and payer organizations, clinical operations, administrative workflows, digital transformation, patient engagement, or healthcare IT
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy, compliance, security, regulatory considerations, and HIPAA
- Ability to design and execute complex enterprise account and partnership strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare accounts and develop strategic account plans
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Design pilots that demonstrate business impact and accelerate AI adoption
- Ensure responsible AI deployment in regulated healthcare environments
- Own revenue targets, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
- Monitor healthcare trends, AI regulation, interoperability standards, and policy changes
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events
- Build the healthcare go-to-market motion with cross-functional partners
