About the Role

You will manage and grow strategic corporate payment accounts, lead commercial reviews and growth plans, and improve partner performance. You will resolve partner issues, monitor risk, analyze portfolio data, onboard partners, and coach account supervisors.

Requirements

  • Degree in general management, sales, project management, finance, international relations, business management, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of similar experience
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Experience in operations, sales, support, or distribution
  • Fluency in French
  • Good English proficiency
  • Customer experience delivery experience
  • Ability to work discreetly and impartially

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic corporate payment partner accounts
  • Build relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Run regular partner business reviews
  • Identify growth and cross-sell opportunities
  • Detect churn signals and act on them
  • Build account growth roadmaps
  • Analyze merchant performance and take corrective action
  • Prepare pricing proposals
  • Drive partner activation, staff training, and point-of-sale visibility
  • Onboard partners and manage their ramp-up
  • Resolve partner product, refund, settlement, and funding issues
  • Coordinate incident resolution with internal functions
  • Monitor abnormal activity and escalate risks
  • Develop payment liquidity solutions
  • Track portfolio performance and report actions and risks
  • Manage, coach, and develop account supervisors
  • Develop team playbooks, workflows, and training materials
  • Align cross-functional teams on critical goals
