About the Role

You will proactively sell retail and small-business banking products and services, including deposit, investment, loan, and account products. You will serve and advise customers, identify their needs, maintain relationships, complete daily account-management tasks, cross-sell, process payments, and manage unsecured loans.

Requirements

Higher education, or secondary education plus a banking vocational qualification
At least 2 years of customer-service and sales experience in banking
User-level knowledge of Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Sell retail and targeted small-business banking products and services
Serve, inform, advise, and maintain relationships with customers
Identify customer needs and proactively sell relevant products
Complete daily account-management tasks for all customer segments
Conduct cross-selling activities
Participate in payment processing
Sell and manage unsecured loans
