About the Role

You will own and grow an existing book of SME business, focusing on deepening relationships rather than chasing new logos. You'll maintain and expand your accounts through up-sell, cross-sell and renewals, while proactively building long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders. You'll work to maximise feature and product alignment so clients get the best value from Vivid, and you'll monitor, forecast and report on your pipeline using the company CRM. You will present, negotiate and structure complex pricing models for your designated accounts, follow account management processes, and give feedback to your management. You'll also act as the voice of the customer, collaborating cross-functionally to improve the user experience, all while consistently working to achieve and exceed your targets.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales and/or Account Management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Italian; other languages are a plus
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall)
  • High level of organisation, prioritisation and accountability with willingness to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • KYB, AML, and risk mitigation knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of the specifications of your designated market is a plus
  • Proficiency in AI tools is a plus

  • Maintain and grow your SME book of business, focusing on up-sell, cross-sell and renewals
