About the Role
You will manage strategic and complex merchant portfolios, create and execute growth plans, and deliver revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to merchant partners, lead quarterly business reviews, maintain account documentation, and help shape product and supply roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in digital payments or fintech in account management, business development, or sales
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery and achieving revenue targets
- Understanding of enterprise merchant dynamics
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across departments, regions, and time zones
- Experience in mobile payments, e-commerce, or digital technologies
- Mandarin proficiency in speaking and writing
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for premium merchant partners
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain service standards across payment products and services
- Deliver revenue targets and grow existing merchant accounts through product launches and expanded opportunities
- Develop and execute growth strategies and account plans
- Align senior management and cross-functional teams to influence merchant decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with merchants
- Maintain merchant information and project documentation
- Shape product and supply roadmaps for the payment network
