About the Role
You will join PayPay's Financial Strategy Division to work on the launch and growth of the life insurance business, focusing on reinsurance operations and decision-making integrated with business strategy. You will formulate asset management strategies for the life insurance business, build ALM structures and operational frameworks, and collaborate with risk management departments and external partners to advance operations.
Requirements
- Practical experience in asset management, ALM, or risk management departments
- 3+ years of experience in the financial industry with outstanding results
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial business
- Experience in strategy formulation and business planning
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Preferred: insurance product development experience
- Preferred: business management or risk management experience
- Preferred: actuary qualification or CFA certification
- Preferred: project management experience
- Preferred: negotiation experience with external partners or clients
- Preferred: market research experience
- Preferred: business English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
