About the Role
You will act as a senior member of the sales team, proactively identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new institutional and high-net-worth clients across the Middle East to grow the client franchise in the region. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their trading needs and offering tailored solutions across spot trading (OTC/API), options, and structured products. You will lead client meetings and presentations, gather market and client feedback to help shape new product offerings, and drive the expansion of the client footprint through comprehensive user-mapping. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute growth initiatives, analyze competitor offerings, and ensure clients receive an exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your product expertise and work ethic.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, wealth management products, or payments
- Prior experience in the digital assets space is a plus
- Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with clients and has existing relationships
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker with presentation and organization skills
- Native-speaker or fluent in Arabic is mandatory for business dealings

- Provide insights into the needs of target client segments while analysing competitor product offerings
- Ensure clients receive exceptional experience throughout the sales and after-sales process
- Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise as well as work ethic
