You will play a key role in promoting TMGM's CFD equity products, with a focus on US and Hong Kong stocks, while building strong client relationships. You'll blend sales expertise, market knowledge, and exceptional client service to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction. You'll drive business expansion, deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels, and stay on top of market trends to provide clients with professional insights and trading opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in stock trading is preferred
- Previous work in the financial industry is highly desirable
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to build client pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required to communicate effectively with diverse clients across multiple regions
Responsibilities
- Actively drive business expansion by promoting and selling TMGM's CFD equity products, including US and Hong Kong stocks
- Leverage strong sales skills to identify, develop, and maintain a robust client pipeline
- Build and nurture long-term cooperative relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Stay updated on trends and market dynamics in US and Hong Kong stock markets, conducting in-depth analysis to provide clients with professional insights and trading opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels (phone, email, online chat) to ensure high client satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues related to the CFD trading platform or products efficiently
- Provide timely market updates and feedback based on US and Hong Kong stock market dynamics, addressing client questions on market movements and trading strategies
- Collect and analyze client feedback on trading experiences and needs to enhance service offerings
- Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels
- Continuously expand knowledge of CFD industry trends, TMGM's trading platforms, and products to provide informed client support
- Stay informed about popular US and Hong Kong listed companies, industry news, and macroeconomic factors to support sales and client engagement
- Contribute to team and individual performance metrics, driving overall team success
