About the Role
You will play a key role in promoting TMGM's CFD equity products, with a focus on US and Hong Kong stocks, while building strong client relationships. You'll blend sales expertise, market knowledge, and exceptional client service to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction. You'll drive business expansion, deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels, and stay on top of market trends to provide clients with professional insights and trading opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in stock trading is preferred.
- Previous financial industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to build client pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Goal-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive business expansion by promoting and selling TMGM's CFD equity products, including US and Hong Kong stocks.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Analyze US and Hong Kong stock market trends to provide clients with professional insights and trading opportunities.
- Deliver customer service through phone, email, and online chat.
- Resolve client inquiries related to the CFD trading platform and products.
- Provide market updates and feedback on trading strategies and market movements.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
- Achieve or exceed KPIs including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels.
- Maintain knowledge of CFD trends, trading platforms, products, listed companies, industry news, and macroeconomic factors.
- Contribute to team and individual performance metrics.
