About the Role
You will offer the full range of banking products and services to individual customers. You will take part in sales campaigns, use sales techniques, perform cash and non-cash transactions in accordance with internal banking rules, and actively resolve customer-service issues to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Sales skills and customer orientation
- Communication and presentation skills
- English knowledge is an advantage
- Computer literacy
- Economic education is an advantage
- Relevant banking or sales experience is an advantage
