About the Role
You will welcome walk-in customers and help them use digital solutions. You will advise and sell financial products and services, identify customer potential, arrange appointments with private-client advisors, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training
- Ideally initial professional experience in banking
- Interest in financial products and services
- Digital-solution and customer-acquisition skills
- Fluency in French
- German knowledge is an advantage

- Welcome walk-in customers and support their use of digital solutions
- Advise customers on and sell financial services and products
- Identify customer potential and schedule appointments for private-client advisors
