About the Role
Drive business growth by promoting and selling TMGM's CFD crypto products, focusing on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other mainstream cryptocurrencies. Build client pipelines, maintain client relationships, provide market insights and trading opportunities, deliver customer service, resolve platform issues, communicate market movements and trading tools, collect feedback, and achieve sales and client satisfaction KPIs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Bitcoin and broader cryptocurrency trading is preferred.
- Prior experience in the financial industry, particularly with crypto assets, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell TMGM's CFD crypto products.
- Identify, develop, and build client pipelines within the crypto space.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new crypto clients.
- Analyze blockchain and crypto market information to provide client insights and trading opportunities.
- Deliver customer service through phone, email, and online chat.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries and platform issues.
- Communicate market movements and platform tools to clients and collect feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and client satisfaction KPIs.
- Continuously develop knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain, and TMGM's platforms.
- Contribute to team and individual performance metrics.
