About the Role

You will build the marketing function from scratch and own brand, positioning, and demand generation. You will define messaging for developer, crypto-native, and institutional audiences; design and run multi-channel campaigns and ABM motions; own content strategy including technical blogs, research, and case studies; establish developer and community programs and events; and build the marketing tech stack and measurement framework to align marketing KPIs with ARR targets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with experience at developer-facing infrastructure, data, or fintech companies
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing from early stage without a large team or big budget
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem including L2s, DeFi, and institutional crypto adoption
  • Strong written communication and the ability to translate technical complexity into compelling narratives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign impact and prioritizing metrics
  • Track record of close collaboration with sales and GTM teams
  • Experience marketing to both technical (developer/engineering) and institutional (TradFi, compliance, government) audiences
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools
  • Background building developer relations or technical content programs

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the narrative across developer, crypto-native, and institutional segments
  • Distill complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated messaging
  • Build the category story around trustworthy, production-grade blockchain data
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline
  • Own content strategy including technical blog posts, research reports, developer docs, and case studies
  • Stand up ABM motions targeting high-value accounts
  • Build developer presence through hackathons, API documentation improvements, ecosystem partnerships, and community channels
  • Create feedback loops between developer usage patterns and product/marketing messaging
  • Own presence at key industry events and drive event strategy
  • Drive co-marketing with ecosystem partners across chains, wallets, and data tooling
  • Build the marketing tech stack and measurement framework from attribution to pipeline contribution
  • Align marketing KPIs with ARR and GTM targets
