About the Role

You will lead product marketing, growth, content, design, and marketing operations. You will shape go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launch execution, competitive intelligence, demand generation, pipeline reporting, and resourcing decisions. You will guide marketing leaders and ensure marketing activity supports pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with deep product marketing expertise
  • US healthcare technology experience across more than one route to market
  • Experience with direct enterprise sales and channel, reseller, or partner motions
  • Experience marketing to clinical and administrative buyer types
  • Leadership experience managing a marketing team of 5+ across product marketing, growth, and operations
  • Strategic command of paid marketing, SEO/GEO, lifecycle marketing, and ABM
  • Ability to own pipeline targets, attribution, and leadership and board reporting
  • Series B to D SaaS experience
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Shape go-to-market strategy across segments, buyer types, and routes to market
  • Own positioning and messaging architecture
  • Build buyer-specific narratives for direct, partner, and reseller routes to market
  • Lead launch strategy and execution for products and modules
  • Build competitive intelligence, including battlecards and win/loss discipline
  • Own sales and partner enablement content
  • Own demand strategy and marketing pipeline performance
  • Manage the growth lead across paid, SEO, web, lifecycle, and account-based programs
  • Direct the content roadmap toward pipeline and credibility
  • Coach the marketing operations manager
  • Oversee the marketing stack, data, processes, and reporting
  • Ensure measurable marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Diagnose resourcing gaps and recommend hiring, agency, contractor, or process solutions
