About the Role
You will establish and lead the EMEA sales organization from London. You will build pipeline, run and close deals, recruit and onboard front-line leaders and sellers, and scale the team to more than 20 people. You will adapt the enterprise sales motion for regional technical buyers, develop the London presence and local playbook, and partner with US-based Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions, and Recruiting teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record of rapidly building teams and hiring leaders
- Second-line leadership experience managing managers and owning a multi-team organization
- Enterprise selling experience with technical line-of-business buyers
- Knowledge of EMEA markets and enterprise buying practices
- Ability to build pipeline, close deals, and recruit independently
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-change environments
Responsibilities
- Own EMEA sales across all segments and markets
- Recruit, hire, and onboard more than 20 employees, including front-line leaders
- Build pipeline, run deals, and close business
- Establish the London presence and regional enterprise-sales playbook
- Adapt the AMER sales motion for EMEA technical buyers
- Partner with US-based Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions, and Recruiting teams
- Set standards for execution, forecasting rigor, and speed
