About the Role
You will develop commercial relationships with issuers, liquidity providers, market makers, exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other digital asset infrastructure providers. You will own partner onboarding, support negotiations, coordinate technical integrations, track growth metrics, represent the business externally, and inform strategy on tokenized securities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within financial services, fintech, capital markets, or crypto
- Familiarity with market maker, liquidity provider, or issuer relationships
- Understanding of tokenization, blockchain-based settlement, and digital asset market structure
- Working knowledge of crypto and digital asset regulations
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and onboarding workstreams
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
- Strong organizational skills and bias toward action
- Experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, market maker, or crypto-native firm is preferred
- Existing issuer, market maker, or liquidity provider relationships are preferred
- Experience with tokenization, real-world assets, or on-chain infrastructure is preferred
- Familiarity with broker API or brokerage-as-a-service models is preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage issuer, liquidity provider, and market maker relationships
- Act as a trusted contact for prospective and existing partners
- Support commercial negotiations with Legal and Compliance
- Own onboarding for issuers and market makers
- Translate partner requirements into workflows and technical integrations
- Track pipeline, onboarding status, and network growth metrics
- Define partnership models, liquidity structures, and go-to-market approaches
- Build partnerships across the digital asset ecosystem
- Identify and qualify Broker API prospects
- Represent the business at industry events and partner discussions
- Monitor regulatory and competitive developments
- Feed market insights into commercial strategy
