About the Role
You will own revenue growth across the MEA region by setting and delivering the regional sales strategy. You will build a self-generated pipeline, open new markets, engage prospects, close strategic deals, shape market-entry plans, develop partnerships, and coordinate with compliance and risk functions to support regulatory-aligned sales and onboarding.
Requirements
- 12+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven quota attainment across the complete sales process
- Experience in payments financial services or fintech preferred
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound sales
- Experience as an early or first commercial hire or in a new market launch preferred
- Knowledge or an existing network across the UAE and wider MEA region preferred
- Fluency in English
- Arabic preferred
- Understanding of crypto and stablecoins preferred

- Own and deliver the revenue strategy for the MEA region
- Shape go-to-market strategy with regional leadership
- Identify and structure strategic partnerships
- Define and lead the regional market-entry strategy
- Generate and manage a self-sourced business development pipeline
- Engage opportunities across crypto fintech payments and related verticals
- Close strategic deals from discovery through negotiation
- Align sales activity and client onboarding with UAE regulatory requirements
