About the Role
You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy for South Korea, driving institutional and retail adoption. You will identify, negotiate, and close strategic deals; build relationships with exchanges, enterprises, media, and regulators; and track regulatory developments to identify market opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups.
- Deep understanding of the South Korean market and experience engaging and selling to major enterprises and institutions in Korea.
- Ability to engage retail and institutional investors.
- Market foresight regarding corporate crypto activity and the regulatory landscape.
- Network across regional institutions, enterprises, and Web3 companies.
- Understanding of Web3 corporate strategy and applications of Web3 technologies.
- Native-level Korean and English fluency, written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute go-to-market strategies for the South Korean market.
