About the Role

You will drive end-to-end business development for MNEE Pay, from prospecting and qualifying merchant and channel opportunities through negotiating and closing agreements. You will manage revenue and processing-volume targets, build strategic partnerships, develop commercial cases, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to expand stablecoin payment adoption.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, ideally in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, or related financial services.
  • Experience selling or supporting payment rails, networks, or acquiring solutions at scale.
  • Exposure to POS systems, online payment flows, and card/interchange economics.
  • Working knowledge of stablecoins, digital assets, banking partnerships, cross-border off-ramps, treasury, and basic compliance considerations.
  • Experience owning a revenue or volume quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
  • Pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and deal-structuring skills.
  • Communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work across legal, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end business development activities for merchant and distribution-partner adoption of MNEE Pay.
  • Manage assigned revenue and processing-volume quotas, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with acquirers, PSPs, ISVs, banks, and fintechs.
  • Position MNEE Pay’s value proposition against traditional card rails and legacy payment methods.
  • Structure merchant and partner commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchant, gateway, processor, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on merchant feedback, feature prioritization, and deployment.
  • Prepare financial models, commercial cases, and internal partnership materials.
  • Partner with Marketing on sales collateral, case studies, and enablement materials.
  • Monitor payments and stablecoin competition and refine market positioning.
  • Coach junior business development or account executives where applicable.
  • Perform other duties supporting strategic growth objectives and corporate initiatives.
