Head of B2B Sales & Business Development (Web3 / DeFi)

About the Role

You will build the B2B commercial function from zero to one and take full ownership of go-to-market strategy, pricing, lead generation, sales processes, and vertical expansion. You will source and qualify leads, run outbound outreach, manage deal cycles to close, create sales materials and pitch decks, define pricing models, and feed market and customer insights back into product. You will also establish strategic partnerships and maintain long-term enterprise relationships while owning CRM pipelines KPIs and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong Web3 and DeFi native background with deep understanding of on-chain markets
  • Proven experience selling B2B software APIs or data products preferably at early-stage companies
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure from scratch
  • Excellent commercial instincts in pricing positioning and value articulation
  • Ability to communicate fluently with traders funds founders and technical stakeholders
  • Highly proactive

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full B2B sales process end-to-end including CRM pipelines KPIs and reporting
  • Identify validate and prioritize B2B verticals
  • Define and iterate flexible business models and pricing strategies per vertical
  • Source leads conduct outbound outreach and manage deal cycles from first contact to close
  • Develop vertical specific sales narratives pitch decks and commercial materials
  • Act as the commercial voice of the customer feeding market insights into product
  • Establish strategic partnerships and long-term enterprise relationships
