About the Role
You will lead the Tokenized Assets domain as the senior commercial owner, combining executive strategy with hands-on deal leadership. You will originate and close high-value institutional partnerships, oversee deal progression and revenue outcomes, coordinate cross-functional delivery, represent the organization at industry events and with regulators, and translate client feedback into product direction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years in banking, capital markets software, or financial services with deep experience across Financial Market Infrastructures, Asset Managers, and Commercial Banks
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar institutional deals through influence and C-suite relationships
- Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes across the full digital assets value chain including issuers, platforms, liquidity, and distribution partners
- Deep expertise in digital assets and tokenized real-world assets including structuring, issuance, and distribution
- Located in or within close proximity to New York
- Preferred: Experience developing new market opportunities, owning go-to-market strategy, and defining product requirements for regulated industries
- Preferred: Entrepreneurial track record building or scaling a business or initiative from zero to one
- Preferred: High-charisma leadership and presence at major industry events
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive sponsor and commercial owner for the Tokenized Assets domain
- Lead go-to-market strategy for institutional adoption in tokenized asset markets
- Originate and close high-value institutional partnerships and deals
- Drive revenue growth and deal progression
- Coordinate product, business development, marketing, and engineering to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and in engagements with regulators and financial executives
- Align client and market feedback with product roadmap
