About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed deals. You will sell liquidity, RFQ, and trading infrastructure to wallets, apps, protocols, and institutions. You will convert hesitant prospects into revenue, expand and grow accounts after closing, and aggressively pursue new market opportunities. You will coordinate with product, development, marketing, and executive leadership to align efforts and ensure business development success.
Requirements
- Be a persuasive proactive and relentless salesperson
- Demonstrate strong commercial instinct and revenue focus
- Have deep understanding of crypto DeFi and global financial markets
- Be comfortable selling technical products to sophisticated counterparties
- Be team-oriented positive and action-biased
- Be highly efficient and able to leverage AI tools
