About the Role
You will drive partnerships with Web3 projects, market makers, and ecosystem partners and execute commercial deals. You will own outreach, qualify leads, negotiate agreements, and ensure partnerships are delivered by coordinating with product, operations, and marketing. You will track market trends and pursue new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Hands-on business development experience in the Web3 industry and ability to independently advance partnerships
- Basic understanding of common Web3 commercial collaboration models, including market-making cooperation
- Strong communication skills and good execution in fast-paced environments
- Previous BD experience at a market maker or venture capital firm preferred
Responsibilities
- Own BD outreach and develop partnerships with Web3 projects, including relationship building, commercial discussions, and deal follow-through
- Support partnership scenarios such as market-making collaboration, liquidity cooperation, and other growth initiatives
- Manage the full BD cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and execution
- Coordinate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful partnership delivery
- Monitor Web3 market trends and identify partnership opportunities
