About the Role
You will set the DeFi roadmap and act as a player‑coach, getting into the weeds to advise builders on protocol mechanics, orchestrate asset and protocol onboarding, deploy incentive programs, and ensure the DeFi stack is capital-efficient. You will activate your network to kickstart liquidity, represent the organization with institutional executives, and manage a small team of DeFi specialists to deliver measurable growth in TVL, volume, and fees.
Requirements
- Proven track record driving growth in TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption
- Deep understanding of value flows across lending, CDPs, DEXs, and stablecoins
- Ability to assess asset quality and risk including bridging mechanics and reserve transparency
- Pre-existing network among whales, liquid crypto-native funds, curators, and protocol founders
- Executive presence with TradFi/Fintech leadership
- Strategic, organized operator with prioritization skills
- Experience managing a small, high-output team
- Efficient written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Own DeFi growth strategy for the network
- Execute end-to-end asset and protocol onboarding
- Advise DeFi builders with actionable feedback on protocol mechanics and product gaps
- Activate network of whales, funds, curators, and founders to seed liquidity
- Represent the organization with institutional executives to translate yield opportunities
- Drive incentive strategy to attract durable TVL
- Manage a small team of DeFi specialists
