About the Role
You will identify and prioritize listed-company prospects, focusing on small-cap companies. You will build relationships with company leaders, CFOs, investor-relations teams, and advisors; pitch the listing proposition; and manage each listing from outreach through go-live. You will also activate partner communities after listing, track pipeline conversion, and report progress against targets.
Requirements
- Established network among listed companies through ECM, corporate finance, investor relations, corporate broking, or exchange listings
- Track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal
- Strong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers
- Fluent English
- Ability to build an early-stage business line
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize target listed companies, focusing on small-cap names

- Drive the listing process from first contact through go-live
- Activate listed partners' communities and trading volume after listing
