About the Role
You will identify and qualify partnership opportunities across EVM and Solana. You will own deals from outreach through go-live, including discovery, technical scoping, commercial negotiations, and contracting. You will grow trading volume and revenue, share customer feedback with Product and Engineering, refine the sales playbook, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business development or sales experience with a record of sourcing and closing deals with cryptonative teams
- Hands-on knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and an existing network across Solana wallets, terminals, trading bots, and launchpads
- Experience selling technical products to engineers and business teams
- Experience building a sales pipeline without SDR support
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for onchain trading products
- Understanding of onchain trading and execution quality, including price impact, slippage, gas costs, and fees
- Ability to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, ecosystem events, and annual team offsites
